The Borivali outpost of Mumbai's iconic Fountain Sizzlers — cast-iron sizzling platters and grills in a bright, colonial-Bombay-inspired room at Sky City Mall. Opened in 2026 at Oberoi's Sky City Mall in Borivali East, this is the newest outpost of Fountain Sizzlers, the 25-year-old Flora Fountain institution. Designed by Sarah Sham of Essajees Atelier with nods to colonial Bombay — checkerboard floors, arched windows and caned chairs — it carries the brand's calling card: cast-iron sizzling platters of grills and barbecue with generous vegetarian options. Regulars come for the Sizzling Chicken Pepper Garlic, Cottage Cheese Shashlik, the Golden Patty Cottage Cheese sizzler and the molten Sizzling Brownie. It brings South Mumbai's beloved sizzler ritual to the western suburbs in a polished, family-friendly setting.
